Serenity Herbal Flu Pack - it does what it says - an all in one kit for those times of need when the bugs have struck:
The Serenity Herbal Flu Pack is a useful addition to anyone's first aid cupboard. Everything you need for getting through a cold or proper influenza in one handy kit.

4) A skilfully blended massage blend of aroamtherapy essential oils of antiviral lavender, calming camomile, antibiotics of thyme and tea tree, warming sweet marjoram, deeply healing benzoin (a component of Friars Balsam), and two eucalyptus oils, both of which have a reassuring and uplifting aroma and are very effective at disinfecting the respiratory system, including the lungs and those blocked sinuses. Can be rubbed directly on to the skin, where it passes through into the lungs and bloodstream very easily or inhaled over a bowl of very hot water with a towel over your head to capture the steam or a few drops placed in a bath and scooped up on to your skin to be absorbed and inhaled while relaxing in warm water.
5) Blues and Flu's tea. A well established Serenity Healing tea that contains Boneset - does what it says, eases aching heads and bones, Elderflower and Yarrow flowers - both of which help to open pores and allow us to sweat out a fever, Spearmint for its refreshing taste and mood uplifting properties, Meadowsweet and Willow, both of which contain chemicals similar to aspirin (NOT FOR THOSE ALLERGIC TO SALICYLIC ACID) while alleviating the unpleasant symptoms can combat infection and rosehip - so rich in that valuable vitamin C - well recognised as being antiviral and aiding the immune system.
